Chehalis Livestock Market will conduct a Farm Auction any time of year. We have an exceptional reputation for providing our customers with top dollar for their farm equipment. We also specialize in estate sales. There are many advantages to selling out your farm or estate with us.
We would be happy to view your equipment at no charge and give you a cost rate to conduct your auction for you.
Payments accepted for purchases on the farm are cash and bankable check. No debit or credit cards accepted at these sales. All items must be paid for and picked up as posted in auction guidelines unless prior arrangements have been made. Failure to do so will earn bad reviews through Hibid.com for all future auctions.

*Preview Weekend Saturday & Sunday, March 18th & 19th -9 am to 4 pm
*Pay & Pick up begins Saturday, March 25th and runs through Wednesday, March 29th. 8 am to 5 pm. We accept cash, pre-approved checks, visa and debit cards. 4% fee charged for visa & debit cards.

We appreciate items coming “auction ready”—this means organized, clean, and working!
Minimum Commission fee per item is $20.00
All items will have a starting bid price of $10.00 on the online auction.
We do not put a minimum bid on any items. IF YOU WISH TO PUT A MINIMUM BID ON YOUR ITEM, you must register to bid on Hibid, and set a max bid price on your item. You will need to notify the office the day following the sale that your item did not meet the max bit you set. We will make those adjustments at that time and charge the following buy back fees. Full commission rate on all buy back items $250 and under. Items being “bought back” over $250 will be charged 1/2 commission rate. Please call our office if you have any questions. All buy back items will be required to be picked up and fees paid on same scheduled pay and pick up dates as sold items. Thank you.
Each Lot must have a $50 value. Please bundle accordingly.
Any item that does not receive a bid or does not sell for $20 or more, will be charged a $25 “unsellable” fee.
A minimum commission of $50 will be assessed on any item that has a title. All vehicles must be in good operating order. Inside of vehicle and outside storage/beds must be clear of garbage or items unrelated to vehicle. All titled non-Washington State trailers need scale weight verification at time of delivery. All titled trailers must have a legible VIN# . All license plates must be removed by the seller at drop off. All title work must be accurate and complete.
Sellers of titled vehicles will be charged a $50 processing fee in addition to commission fee.
At delivery we will complete check in paperwork at office. Each of your items will be tagged with a specific LOT #. Please be patient as we document and get Great Descriptions of each Lot#. The better job we do to get this info and take Great Pictures, the better your items will sell. Thank you for being helpful at check in.
All gas powered or electrical items presented for auction must be in running condition. Auction staff may request items be started before acceptance.
All tires must be in full sets in good condition and approved at check in. Tires that do not get a bid will be charged above $25 unsellable fee.
ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED AT EQUIPMENT CONSIGNMENT SALES
Old fuel tanks, Office equipment, old computers, copiers, desks, office furniture, exercise equipment, windows, chemicals or paint, non starting power tools, non starting lawnmowers or weed eaters. Household items of any kind, appliances, truck canopies, plastic bed liners, tires (unless in complete set of 4 in excellent condition) tractor and implement tires okay. Any item(s) deemed “unsellable” by our check-in crew or any item unsafe for us to unload/load.
NO JUNK PLEASE–we are VERY selective on items we accept. Effective August 2022 we will no longer accept JUNK!!! Trailers or pickup loads of “garage sale” like items will be turned away. GOOD, CLEAN, ORGANIZED, WORKING MISCELLANEOUS ONLY!!! An example of clean miscellaneous is ladders, working lawnmowers, rototillers, weedeaters, lumber, working electric and battery tools, shop tables, shelving, toolboxes, building supplies, quality antiques and collectables.
Checks for items you SOLD will be available on the second Thursday following the auction closing date. If check is not picked up in person, we will mail to address on intake consignment form. Please make sure that address is a good mailing address.
INFO ON BUYING AT OUR EQUIPMENT CONSIGNMENT SALE
- All buyers must register online on Hibid. You will find the link on our web page. Please read thoroughly all terms and conditions listed at time of registration.
- Preview on location at 328 Hamilton Rd N, Chehalis, WA 98532 the Saturday, & Sunday before the online sale closes. All items sold as is, where is, no warranty.
- 10% buyer premium on any item $1500.00 or less.
- Closing of auction begins at 6 pm PST on set day. Winning bidders will be emailed invoices on Thursday, March 23rd, the day after the auction closes.
- Payment and Pickup for items won at auction will start on Saturday, March 25th thru Wednesday, March 29th- 9 am to 5 pm. No Friday pickup!! If an item has a title, there is a $50 titled item fee, plus any state licensing transfer charges.
- Forms of payment accepted for equipment consignment sales: CASH, preapproved check, debit and visa. (4% fee applied for use of debit and credit cards) Please remember visa/debit accepted at consignment sales ONLY, no visa/debit for cattle purchases or at on site farm sales.
